Custom Manufacturing

From an idea to a sealed carton

Nine stages, one production file, one named contact. Every decision is recorded — which is what allows a reorder eighteen months later to match the first delivery bead for bead.

  1. 011–3 days

    Idea

A conversation about intent before specification. Who receives the piece, in what setting, at what position in your range.

  2. 025–8 days

    Design

Two or three directions drawn against the brief, with material and cost implications stated openly rather than discovered later.

  3. 033–5 days

    CAD

Profiles modelled to 0.01 mm, drilling geometry resolved, metal components engineered for casting rather than adapted from stock.

  4. 042–4 days

    Material Selection

Raw amber qualified under standardised light, batched by tone and reserved against your programme so a reorder still matches.

  5. 058–15 days

    Manufacturing

CNC profiling on parameters set for amber specifically — soft, heat-sensitive, unforgiving of aggressive tooling.

  6. 064–9 days

    Hand Finishing

Nine progressive polishing stages, terminations closed by hand, tassels braided and balanced by a single craftsman per strand.

  7. 07Continuous

    Quality Inspection

Nine gates from raw stock to sealed carton. A unit that fails is removed from the batch, never reworked back into it.

  8. 083–6 days

    Luxury Packaging

Rigid or lacquered construction, moulded interior, certificate and care card — the unboxing prototyped physically before production.

  9. 093–20 days

    Worldwide Shipping

Export documentation, express or freight, DDP available into most GCC markets so customs exposure stays on our side.

Quality control

Nine gates between raw stock and your carton

A unit that fails a gate is removed, never reworked back into the batch. The scrap rate is a cost we accept because the alternative is a client discovering it instead.

  1. 01Raw stock qualification under standardised light
  2. 02Blank inspection for fracture and inclusion
  3. 03Dimensional check against master gauge after profiling
  4. 04Drilling concentricity verification
  5. 05Polish stage audit at stages three, six and nine
  6. 06Finish verification at 5000 K
  7. 07Assembly and cord termination inspection
  8. 08Full-strand hand inspection and hang test
  9. 09Sealed carton audit before despatch

Questions

What buyers ask before starting

One hundred pieces per specification. Luxury Series development can begin at fifty pieces because the value per unit supports the setup cost.

Seven to ten working days for a sample set, then 18–35 days for production depending on finish complexity and packaging. Shipping adds three to twenty days by method.

Yes, as standard. We sign before technical disclosure and we never publish client names or photograph client work without written permission.

Yes. Send a physical sample; we match under standardised 5000 K lighting and return a matched bead set for approval before production.

Both are available and each is declared explicitly on every order. We will not represent pressed amber as natural, and we protect clients from doing so inadvertently.

T/T with a deposit against balance on shipment for most programmes, and L/C at sight for larger orders. Terms are agreed before production begins.

Yes, with notice. We arrange invitation letters where a visa requires one, and we welcome third-party audits with full floor access.

Yes, into most GCC markets, which removes customs clearance and duty handling from your side entirely.

Next step

A photograph and a quantity is enough.

We reply within one business day with a specification, an indicative price and a timeline we can actually hold.
