Not a general bead factory that also makes tasbih. Everything here — tooling, parameters, dust control, lighting, inspection discipline — is organised around amber and nothing else.

Amber-specific machining
Amber is 2.0–2.5 on the Mohs scale and heat-sensitive. Feed rates, tooling geometry and coolant strategy are set for it specifically, which is why our surfaces do not need the heavy buffing that rounds off edges and destroys geometry.

Close on the bore
Nine-stage polishing
Progressive abrasives through to a felt wheel and a proprietary compound. Stages three, six and nine are audited rather than assumed, because polish is where a supplier saves money invisibly.

Imam and cord tails
Hand finishing
Cord terminations closed and concealed by hand, tassels braided and balanced, each strand assembled by a single craftsman. A hang test confirms the strand falls true from the imam.

Metrology and inspection
Dimensional checks against a master gauge every two hours of production. Colour judged only under standardised 5000 K light, so a decision made on Monday matches one made on Thursday.
A unit that fails is removed, not reworked
The scrap rate is a cost we accept, because the alternative is a client discovering the failure instead of us.
- 01Raw stock qualification under standardised light
- 02Blank inspection for fracture and inclusion
- 03Dimensional check against master gauge after profiling
- 04Drilling concentricity verification
- 05Polish stage audit at stages three, six and nine
- 06Finish verification at 5000 K
- 07Assembly and cord termination inspection
- 08Full-strand hand inspection and hang test
- 09Sealed carton audit before despatch
Consistency is only visible in quantity
A single beautiful strand proves very little — any workshop can produce one. These frames are one run of the same specification, photographed on the bench with nothing rearranged for the camera.

The dimensional side of the same run — 12 caliper readings from 5.45 mm to 12.74 mm — is published in full alongside the rest of the photography.

Client and agent visits are welcomed with notice, and we arrange invitation letters where a visa requires one. If travel is not practical, we will walk the floor on camera with your order in production — unannounced, on a day you choose.
Single takes, filmed on the bench. Nothing cut, nothing graded, nothing stabilised — the point of these is that they are dull, and that they match the photographs.
Ask us to prove it.
A live video walkthrough of your order on the production floor takes fifteen minutes and settles the question no reference list can.
