A distributor is not buying beads; they are buying the ability to promise their retailers the same product next year. Everything below is organised around that.
Territory supply
- What matters most
- Reorder consistency
- MOQ
- 100 pieces per specification
- Delivery
- Staged tranches against one locked spec
- Terms
- DDP available into most markets
The production file is the product
Every specification we build is recorded — material batch, profile, cord, furniture, packaging, mark placement — and a physical reference strand is retained. That file is what makes a reorder in two years match the first run, and for a distributor it is worth more than any price concession.
Without it, a repeat order is a new order that happens to use the same words. This is the most common reason a distributor loses a retailer: the second delivery did not match the first, and neither party can prove what changed.
Exclusivity, discussed properly
We will reserve a custom profile to a distributor’s territory and we will not sell that profile into it through anyone else. We will not promise blanket category exclusivity across a country, because it is a promise most suppliers break quietly and we would rather not make it.
What we will do is tell you who else we supply in your region at the category level — not by name, but honestly enough that you can price and position against reality.
What buyers ask about this
On a custom profile, yes, and we hold it. Blanket category exclusivity across a country is a promise we decline to make rather than break.
A production file plus a retained physical reference strand. The reorder is matched against the object.
Yes — one locked specification, several tranches, which reduces your warehousing.
